  It was the first studio I went to where I felt fully accepted. The teachers encourage me to grow at my own pace and allow me to feel comfortable in my own skin. I never feel like I have to keep up and have been taught to check-in with my body and what it needs the moment I step on my mat. The teachers allow all levels of experience to succeed together in one room, and it's such a unifying experience. Thank you so much to this studio for the role it plays in my happiness and health.
